Lawrence Bowlin is a seasoned Business Development and Marketing professional with 25+ years of successful experience. Mr. Bowlin has worked with large established corporations in Education Marketing, Agricultural Exports, Renewable Material Manufacturing, Plastic Resins and Recycling, as well as Cryptocurrency start-ups. Mr. Bowlin is an experienced speaker and presenter. Throughout his career, he has given presentations with various corporate leaders, multiple government agencies, such as the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Department of Defense, and the President and Vice President of the United States. Mr. Bowlin will increase VetCheck Franchise locations nationally while working with our full franchise team to ensure every franchisee is 100 percent ready to run, manage, and grow their clinics.

When Lawrence is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and grown children. He and his wife enjoy going to concerts to see their favorite bands, traveling, playing golf, and reading any Michael Connelly book. He is also a talented musician who plays guitar and sings with a local band.

With eight years of expertise in HR and Customer Service, Taylor Fite is a results-driven leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and burnout solutions that help VetCheck harness the full power of its most valuable assets – its people. She is dedicated to creating a thriving, robust, and diverse culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivates brand loyalty by empowering and motivating staff to see their full potential and bring their best to the job each day.

Taylor began her career with VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center in March of 2020. Having no prior knowledge or experience with veterinary medicine, she jumped in and began learning through studying and hands-on experience with the help of her peers. Taylor quickly learned the impact quality patient care and exceptional customer service can have on the veterinary industry. With her help, VetCheck Fishers grew the number of patients treated in 2020-2021 exponentially.

While working with the innovative technology company, Apple, Taylor developed a true understanding of what exceptional customer service means to consumers and the lasting impact it has on business growth. Starting her technology career as an entry-level employee, Taylor immersed herself into the culture, took initiative, and advanced to a Senior Level Leadership position in a short 12-month period. Creating a tailored and memorable experience is something Taylor valued as an Apple employee and strives to implement into the VetCheck culture each day for employees and clients.

In her free time, Taylor loves traveling, the magic of Disney, event planning, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her fiancé, Zach, and their three dogs: Tonka, Koda, and Hank at their newly purchased home.

Director of Operations

Jeanne started at VetCheck in June 2019 and is a lead technician. She has been in the veterinary field for 19 years, starting out as a kennel assistant. Jeanne is married with two kids - a daughter and a son - and one fur baby (for now) who is an 80-pound mixed breed named Duke. Jeanne has also owned cats, dogs, a rabbit, a hamster, lizards, birds, and fish while having some experience with ferrets. While a pygmy goat is on her want list, she will settle for more cats and dogs. In her spare time, she likes to either spend time with family at home or go to the gym for a good workout session.

During her years of experience, she is always learning something new every day and has developed a liking for behavior and learning more of a “fear free” approach with her patients. At a very young age, she knew her love and passion for animals would lead her to the veterinary field and she has no regrets. Jeanne can’t wait to see your fur babies!

Chief Investment Officer.

Matt Henry is a driven investment expert and entrepreneur with a love for both pets and growing start-ups. Matt was drawn to VetCheck after being impressed by its founder, Dr. Siva, and recognizing the business's potential for success. With extensive experience managing over $4 billion in assets, Matt is committed to taking VetCheck to new heights and turning it into a billion-dollar enterprise.

Matt holds a BA from Ball State University and an MBA from Western Governors University, and is a proud CFA charterholder and former President of CFA Society Indianapolis. He has received numerous accolades for his contributions to the community, including the Lilly Endowment scholarship and recognition as one of "20 Under 40" by The Star Press and Muncie Magazine in 2017. In addition to his professional work, Matt has served as Adjunct Faculty at the Miller College of Business at Ball State University and is an active volunteer with organizations like the Wheeler Mission and Indiana Sports Corporation.

When he's not working, Matt can be found spending time with his furry friends Parker and Gigi, and taking care of his cats, fish, rats, and bunny named Tofu. Matt is dedicated to making a positive impact in both his professional and personal life and is always looking for new ways to grow and succeed.

Bobby Lind is a real estate advisor who assists franchisees in finding the perfect location to open up a VetCheck facility in their market. VetCheck has partnered with Bobby and Reliant Partners to ensure that each market has the same support and processes. This guarantees that every franchise will be in the best possible location and that all lease or purchase terms are achieved. Together, VetCheck and Bobby have created a checklist of items to make quickly and efficiently identifying the correct location in a new market possible.

Director of Learning and Development.

Kristina became a member of the VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Team in may of 2019. She has completed the Veterinary Assistant program through Penn Foster and is currently half way through their Veterinary Technician program. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for three years and has had a passion for helping animals for as long as she can remember. She has always wanted to help owners take care of their pets and make sure pets have the best lives they can. She believes pets are beloved family members and should live wonderful lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
